Updates to my Flatiron Final Project

As you guys remember I created my Fighter-Select 2.0 project as my final project for Flatiron School. It was a project I hold pretty close because it involves one of my favorite hobbies which is playing video games. The project from the beginning is a bit static because we were supposed to showcase everything we had learned in Flatiron and make our own project with that knowledge. I decided not to stop there but continue updating my final project slowly with features I wanted to put on the project or just decided to fix up a bit so lets go through that.

One of the most obvious updates I made on my project was making the background video of my app a lot sharper and clean so that the buttons and outlining’s pop out more. If you remember I didn’t use a regular CSS page for everything look wise but I used Styled components on my react pages especially for the video background.

I was able to pull my past background video and edit it a bit myself to make it clearer, put it back into my project and found the right measurement of style through Styled components that would make it fit just right on the page. Also figured out a command to auto loop the video so the background doesn’t go black for the background and continue playing for the added look.
